A tradition started long ago when Alli went on travel and was missing her dog, Frito. I would e-mail her a picture a day. Now we have a blog to share with each other, and the world. Hope you find them interesting. By the way ... does your dog have a blog?

Even better without snow
This might give you a better feel for the woods over here. Thankfully, the snow is gone for now (we're really not supposed to get that much here). And this way, you get to see all the cool, mossy tree stumps and leaves.
Let's just say that when Alpha gets his butt out of the chair, he'll have lots of woodland paths on which to to take me running!
Though I do wonder what these elevated blinds are for? If they are hunting wild boar -- wouldn't that mean that there are wild boar in the forest? That sounds scary -- hey guys, don't get too far ahead OK?

Looks like a GREAT place for a doggy to live!
My thoughts exactly Alli. And guess what -- Alpha even took me on my first run over here today. Woo-hoo!
Hi Frito, how are you doing? How do you like Germany? I am glad to see your blog is up and running again. Happy Holidays to you and your family.
Hi Ying - it's good to hear from you! I hope all is well in NS.
I really like it over here in Germany. Ya know, they really like dogs, and let us go into stores and even restaurants. So I get to go anywhere my parents can go.
Pretty cool.
See the hunting blind? Better watch out for the wild pigs!! You orange bullet!
I am here to protect you Mom. That's why I wear my safety orange vest. To make sure the hunters don't mistake you for some wild game (hee, hee).
