Frito Statue

If Ivan Grohar can have this nice large statue in the middle of some Slovenian village, I think Frito should have one too, don't you?

Maybe we'll have to put that on the retirement to-do list.  Carol's an artist.  I remember seeing a Hippo clay figure from her high school days.  (Notice the clever use of the "royal we".)

Honey, whatchathink?  A little something for the Frito-man?

It's a better title than Big Dipper and Little Dipper.

At least, it is more accurate ;-)

Local Art

Walking downtown, we came upon this statue of sorts.

Looks like some school kids had an art project displayed in one of the town squares.

And don't I make it look really cool?

Such a prince

I was thinking, if I hang out here, maybe I will get turned into a Froschkönig (Frog Prince).

Oh wait, I almost forgot, my parents tell me I'm already such a prince. Hee, hee.

What the heck?

I was getting ready to attack this funny looking dog. But when I got closer, I saw it was really a funny looking hedgehog.

And my super-sensitive sniffer tells me it is just a statue. So no reason to lash out irrationally (hee, hee).

Needed some color

This was a pretty cool statue we found in Herrenberg. But I certainly think I make it better, donchathink?

If nothing else, I'm adding some color. And a little whimsey (I like whimsey ;-)

At least they're quiet

Met up with a few critters on my last walk with Mom and Alpha.

And this German guy with the big staff. I wanted to play, but no one was moving a muscle.

So I guess I'll practice being a lapdog.
