And speaking of shaggy.

Check out the after-bath shakes.  Fur is spinning everywhere (and water is in the air ;-)

You can see Frito was mostly fluff.  He was always in pretty good shape.

Someone's looking rather shaggy.

But Frito doesn't mind (since it kept him warm in the winter).

And he's got his tennis ball, and is showing off his tongue freckle.

It's still winter of 2006, so there's no reason to get a haircut.

Frito had so many "looks" depending on the length of his fur.

But no matter what, he was always adorable.

Except when I turn around and it musses up my hair do.

But, just so you know, the Shaggy Beast title really refers to Alpha.

But now that I'm in her arms, all is well.

It's December 1st ... and it's cold outside ... so I thought it was appropriate for a time-warp.

Back to the summer. When I still had long hair, just had an outside bath, and dried myself off on the towels. My, my, I really am looking a little shaggy, aren't I?

But I'm also a real cutie pie.

You humans have the same problem. Sometime before you get your next haircut, things start to get a little out of control in the hair department.

Well I have a tougher problem, because this is also my fall and winter coat. So I need to sport some longer hair as the cold weather arrives.

Don't worry, though, for I will always remain cute, no matter the length of my "shag".

Hi y'all. Alpha was slacking this morning. So some of you may have noticed I wasn't here first thing today.

Well, fortunately, Alpha redeemed himself. Oh, and actually, Mom is the photographer for this shaggy shot. And frankly, doncha think I'm worth the wait (hee, hee).
