Hi there.

I'm sitting in the newly weeded garden -- thanks Mom!

It's looking good!

And can you see?

There are even stepping stones for me, so I don't have to get my paws all dirty.

How thoughtful!

Rejuvenating the garden

It was a busy day yesterday.

While I was getting my haircut, Mom and Alpha went to the local garden center and bought some plants and herbs to rejuvinate the garden.


And then actually got the whole garden weeded, planted all the plants, watered them in, and cleaned everything up.

Pretty impressive if I do say so myself.

I really like these gardens. They are in our neighboring town, Sindelfingen.

Right near where my vet works.

Great place to visit in the Spring.

So now I've moved into the front yard.

And to think, these marigolds only started as little seeds this year. Pretty!

Our neighbors Gina and Christian take care of this garden, and they do a beautiful job.

Herre I am peering over the ivy on our garden walls.

Once I found a big yellow and black lizard in the ivy, so I must always check it out carefully.

Don't worry, Alpha saved him from me. Such a Buddhist ;-)

OK, so it's sort of a theme week. Alpha's not being too creative.

But at least I look good against many plants, donchathink?

Going back in time a little -- before I got my haircut.

Hanging out in the garden was lots of fun, especially after Mom and Alpha reinvigorated it with new plants.

I don't know what they all are, but they sure look pretty (especially with moi in the picture ;-)

Ah, now this is a much better use of the camera.

Yes, I am adorable, and the camera has managed to capture at least some of that.

And I don't think this will scare anyone. Instead, just relaxing in the garden, wondering why Alpha is taking yet another picture ;-)

Well, the garden is really shaping up. Way to go Mom! You should see how much weeding and mulching she has done.

Now it makes a great backdrop for my photo shoots, doncha think?

Hosta la Frito, baby

Continuing with famous quotes (kinda, sorta), Alpha tells me someone called the Terminator said this one (kinda, sorta):

Boy, you go out for a nice day in the garden, and you get posed, photographed, and then misquoted.
