This time we decided to take the Falferalp (cable car) back up to the Lötschental Höhenweg, but this time head in the other direction -- further down the valley, to see what we might see.
As you can see, it was a sunny day, so Mom donned her knew hi-tech sun hat.
And I concur it was really pretty hot (at least when there was no shade).
This shows you where we are headed. All the way down in that valley there is a dam collecting glacial melt. Maybe we'll get to see it up close.
But for now, it's time for a nice cooling drink from one of those glacial runoff streams. Yummy.

You need to tell Mom to shush it Frito! She looks great! That's a pretty cool hat she's got too.... Now you sir are super cute even when you're clearly a very hot dog! I'm surprised you sprawled on the rock though... would've though you'd lounge in one of those glacial streams to cool off =P
